Here at Society Bakeshop, our coffee speaks for itself, literally. Every pound of coffee is roasted according to a handful of factors that influence the quality of the bean, and those factors come directly from the bean itself! Because the coffee industry is a dynamic one, we go with the flow and only offer the best beans we can find according to:

This means you don't have to worry about a thing. We've already done the research to ensure you get the best quality coffee with the most flavor possible. Because some beans are better at different roasts, the level of roast may vary between medium and dark. Unfortunately, we rarely do a light roast, since most beans do not translate well in a light roast. Thank you for your understanding!
